In movie making film makers use storyboards, templates that have frames and notes. However, it would be better if you draw the picture of the scenes first to make your scenes more interesting. Afterwards, add the frames and include notes. Also, indicate motion by using arrows, actors going off and on set. In other words imagine the scene you are going to shoot then decide where you going to put the cameras. Finally, use storyboards as a guide, change them as needed.
Exposition reveals the story to the viewer and it can make your story interesting ( e. g. showing flash backs of a person’s life as they travel on a train to New York). In addition, you should shoot off center, to make your shots more interesting. Furthermore, split your screen into thirds and every part of screen should have something interesting in each sections. Also, use an external microphone to increased the quality of the sound. If you want video that you can edit, use a mini DVD video player.
